LoveWeight.Com wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we provide a 5 day Easy Money Back Guarantee from the date you received the item.
All Sales Final on items purchased on the Best Value, Promotion pack and only defective or damaged items purchased from these website www.LoveWeight.com sections or during a Clearance event may be returned.
All return items must be firmly not misuse, abuse, altered or resized, in any way. Upon receipt LoveWeight.Com will inspect each return and reserves the right to reject items that have been subject to any of the above circumstances. Returned items must be complete, with the correct matching SKU of the order, Expiry date and products specification.
Shipping and handling charge from your original order is non-refundable unless the item is determined to have a manufacturing defect by our Returns Department.
Items being returned should not have been altered, resized, or damaged in anyway. Please follow these quick, easy steps to return your item:

- Please prepare the return carefully with all the shipment items without neglecting any pieces different from the shipment, if found missing or abused of any items from the original shipment, then the Company reserves all rights to reject the return.
- Please label on shipment box or package for "RETURN" and include the return order form together in your shipment for our administrative process.
- Ship your return request within 5 days of receipt of your order, using one of the options below:
